Applying Patches

(Someone else can add info about how to actually apply a patch)

• Apply the patch
• Run a quick test
• Update the CHANGES file - this is the 'verbose' version of our changes. We'll use this to populate the system docs later. Cite any SF bug, patch tracker or feature request numbers
• Commit, using message from CHANGES file as log message
• Update SF tracker entries
• Update DspaceContributors if necessary
